It is our desire to encourage the church body to be involved in the great commission by providing opportunities to: Pray, Send or Go out into the world to be a missionary.  Our goal is to bridge the gap between the church and those who are in the mission field.  At CCSB, we are committed to devoting 10% of our tithes & offerings toward missions, whether it be in years of plenty or a time when finances are lean.  We currently have over 18 individuals & families that we support on a monthly basis, many of which you can view under the staff tab of our website or by clicking here.

Jesus has called us to "Go" into all the world and to make disciples.  We believe every follower of Jesus has a responsibility to be involved with that command to "Go".  Not all are called to physically leave Santa Barbara - but all can be a part of making that "Go" happen.

It is our goal to continually raise up and send out long-term missionaries from our own church as well as, expose our people to missions through short-term outreaches.  Each year we coordinate numerous short-term missions trips with locations such as - Indonesia, Hungary, Costa Rica, Mexico, Ireland, and more!

CCSB's 2012 Missions Trips include:

Join CCSB as we go to Listowel, Ireland this summer!  This trip is open to individuals as well as families and offers plenty of ministry opportunities including: VBS, building projects, women's outreach, men's outreach and a youth outreach.  For more information and a trip application, download our Ireland Trip Packet or send us an email by clicking HERE.

This year our youth are traveling to Haiti!  Don't miss out on this exciting trip.  Our High School and Jr High students will be serving at Maison de Lumiere (The Lighthouse), a home for the: homless, orphaned and at-risk children of Port au Prince, Haiti.  The cost of this trip is $1500.

Join CCSB for yet another exciting missions trip opportunity this summer!
